The operator did not have evidence that a transportation log was maintained for all children transported. FDCH/LFCCH Handbook, Section 2.4.2 Licensed Family [SR] Comments: During the inspection licensing specialist observed the homes substitute transport a child by foot down the road to a duck pond. The home did not have a transportation log on site. Per DCF FDCH Handbook: "2.4.2 Transportation Log A log must be maintained for all children being transported in the vehicle or on foot away from and/or to the premises of the home."
