    A safety deficiency having a low potential for harm to the children in care was observed. (Section 10, numbers 1-11) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: At the time of the inspection, the inspector observed holiday light coming from the ceiling. The lights fell toward the floor and was lying on a piano in the corner of the room. The children in care has access to the hanging lights. Also, additional lights were observed hanging from the walls, ceiling, and handrails with the school cafeteria where the children were observed. There were concerns for children safety as the cords from the lights could pose as a tripping or strangulation hazard Technical assistant was given that cords should not be accessible to children Source: FL DCF CARES inspection 2025-04-30.
