An area(s) of the program facility was observed to not be in good repair. (Section 10, number 1) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: At the time of the inspection, it was observed that the paint on the walls of some of the restrooms were peeling. These classrooms are 303, 310, and 312. Compliance Comments Even though classrooms are occupied after normal school hours, it is important that the counselors make sure that chemicals are out of the reach of children in the After School Program.
