(Section 19.5, number 1) Record Keeping [SR] Comments: During the facility inspection, documentation of Level 2 screening clearance for staff members SH, JA, and ZM were not available for review by the inspector. This absence of accessible screening documentation prevents verification of required background checks and clearances as mandated for all childcare personnel, including substitutes. Technical assistance was provided to facility staff regarding the importance of maintaining readily available Level 2 screening clearance documentation for all personnel and proper filing procedures to ensure accessibility during inspections. The facility shall ensure that documentation of Level 2 screening clearance for all staff members are maintained on file and readily available for review by inspecting authorities to demonstrate compliance with background screening requirements for all childcare personnel.
