(Section 10, numbers 1-11) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: At the time of inspection observed, the hand washing sink / water fountain, the children were observed using the hand washing sink and water fountain. Technical assistance was provided to put up warning labels should only be used for hand washing only. As per provider a work order was submitted to cap off the water fountain.
