    During the facilitys licensure year, fire drills utilizing the approved alarm system were not conducted monthly at various dates and times when children were in care [since 09-23-2025]. CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.4, A (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: During the inspection, Licensing monitored the Fire Drill Log and observed documentation of the last fire drill having been conducted on 09-23-2025. The last approved fire inspection for this program was dated 10-10-2025.The fire extinguisher certifications are valid until 03- 2027. During the inspection, the Child Care Personnel informed the Licensing Specialist that they were assigned to this location two or three months ago and no fire drills have been conducted since their arrival. They also stated they were unaware of if any fire drills conducted prior to their rotation. During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided Technical Assistance (TA) per CCF Handbook: 3.8.4 Fire Drills A. During the facilitys license year, fire drills utilizing the alarm system, approved by the local fire authority, must be conducted monthly at various dates and times when children are in care.
