    The facility did not have a current and approved annual fire safety inspection by the local fire authority. CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.2, A (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: During the time of the inspection, the Fire Inspection that the Operator provided Licensing with was dated 01/28/2025 with a reinspection date of 04/28/2025. The Fire Inspection was not signed off by the inspector, the signature areas were left blank. During the inspection, the Operator advised that he discuss the fire inspection matter with his manager. During the inspection, technical assistance was provided: Unless statutorily exempted, all child care facilities must conform to state standards adopted by the State Fire Marshal, Chapter 69A-36, F.A.C., Uniform Standards for Life Safety and Fire Prevention in Child Care Facilities. A copy of the current and approved annual fire inspection report completed by a certified fire inspector must be on file with the licensing authority. If the program is granted a fire inspection exemption by the local fire inspection office, the exemption must be documented and maintained on file at the program.     The facility did not have documentation of a fire extinguisher being properly maintained to include being serviced and retagged timely, and/or with a current certificate. CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.2, B (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: During the inspection, Licensing monitored the Fire Drill Log and observed documentation of the last fire drill having been conducted on 05/07/2025. During the inspection, Licensing observed that one of the fire extinguisher certifications are valid until 06/2025 and the other fire extinguisher that is located in the office did have a new tag, however there were no holes punched on the tag, the top of the extinguisher had a blue tag that only said 2024. During the time of the inspection, technical assistance was provided: "Fire extinguishers with a minimum rating of 2A:10BC must be properly installed, serviced and maintained with current inspection tags at all times."
