This standard was completed during the time of the inspection by the childcare personnel completing and signing the required form. According to the CCF Handbook, Section 7.4.1 Background Screening Documents A. Each personnel record must have a completed CF-FSP Form 5131, Background Screening and Personnel File Requirements, which is incorporated by reference in paragraph 65C-22.001(7)(b), F.A.C. CCF Handbook, Section 7.4.1,C (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Record Keeping [SR] Comments: During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed that (1) childcare personnel did not have proof documentation of the eligible results from the Clearinghouse. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist monitored Background screening and confirmed childcare personnel eligibility to work. This standard was completed at the time of the inspection by the staff in charged printing and placing Clearinghouse screening result on childcare personnel's file. According to the CCF Handbook, Section 7.4.1 Background Screening Documents C. A copy of the eligible results, for the Level 2 screening, generated from the Clearinghouse must be on record for each personnel. If awaiting Out-of-State history results, a copy of the DCF email informing of the individuals eligibility for a provisional hire status must be in the personnel file.
