Staff will take required courses and email a copy of the transcript showing completed courses to the licensing office on or before 10/4/2024. Personnel records did not contain proof of completion of all required preservice training. Provider will either supply missing certificates or printed online transcripts from the DCF training site showing completion of required preservice courses via email to the licensing office on or before 10/4/2024.
