(Section 3.2.A.2.a. and 3.2.C Training Requirements, Page 7) [SR] Comments: Both staff members did not take the required courses Health and Nutrition in the School Readiness Program and Safety Practices in the School Readiness Program by 6/30/2024 as required. Staff will take required courses and email a copy of the transcript showing completed courses to the licensing office on or before 10/4/2024. Personnel records did not contain proof of completion of all required preservice training. Provider will either supply missing certificates or printed online transcripts from the DCF training site showing completion of required preservice courses via email to the licensing office on or before 10/4/2024.
