CCF Handbook, Section 3.8.2, A (Section 2.1 - Health and Safety, Page 3) During the inspection the License specialist monitor last Fire Marshal inspection and observe the documentation for the last approve fire inspection was conducted on May 5/11/2025 for this facility and its currently expired the fire extinguisher are valid until July 2027, Live Fire Drill was conducted on 6/18/2026 42 children 9 Adults Licensing specialist (LS) provided (TA) to the director explaining that the annually is valid for 1 year from time of completion and must not expired an update inspection must be completed by the due date for the facility to be back in compliance. The facility will be place on provisional License for 30 days. This date will be retroactive to the date fire inspection was expired. A Fire Watch Plan must be completed and provided to licensing after 30 days licensing will complete a review, to determine further action.
