Children were left unattended while being diapered or when changing clothes and/or a safety strap or harness was used on the diaper changing table/surface. CCF Handbook, Section 3.10.2, F General Requirements [SR] Comments: This violation has been given based on documented staff observations from the Representative of the Early Learning Coalition (ELC). During a site visit on 9/12//2024, (ELC) found the program out of compliance for supervision. At the time of the Licensing Specialist (LS) visit on 9/16/2024, the center complied supervising the children in their care during the inspection. The (LS) provided technical assistance from the handbook 3.10.2,F. Children must be directly attended at all times when being diapered or when changing clothes. Child care personnel must not leave children unattended on a table or countertop. A safety strap or harness must not be used on the diaper changing table/surface. 05.
