CCF Handbook, Section 3.1, A (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: During the inspection the licensing specialist observed areas that were in need of cleaning, The licensing specialist observed that there was dust on the ledged of wall molding in multiple rooms, and back splash in bathroom. The Licensing Specialist took pictures. The Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance from the handbook Section 3.1 3.1 General Health and Safety Requirements A. All childcare facilities must be clean, in good repair, free from health and safety hazards and from evidence of, or presence of, vermin infestation. The licensing specialist observed areas of the walls that needed paint, area where the paint had peeled exposing a hole. multiple spots in the walls that ding and dents missing paint. The were 3 other cribs with loose sheets but no childen were in the cribs. The licensing specialist took pictures. During the inspection, the direct hanged the sheets to a tight-fitting crib sheets.
