Inspections were not conducted and documented monthly of all supports, above and below the ground, all connectors, and moving parts. CCF Handbook, Section 3.12, B Comments: Rust observed on the green and yellow parts of the large playground equipment. Director was shown of the rust area during the inspection. This need to be repaired and painted by 3/12/25 pictures were also emailed to the Director during the inspection. TRAINING Source: FL DCF CARES inspection 2025-02-12.
