A ratio of [two] child care personnel for [seven infants] children is required. A ratio of [one ] child care personnel for [seven infants] children was observed. s.402.305(4), F.S. General Requirements [SR] Comments: This Licensing Specialist observed one staff with seven infants in the classroom. Technical assistance was given to the Director that at no time should the infants or ones be out of ratio. Areas of the facility were found to be in need of cleaning. CCF Handbook, Section 3.1, A (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: The vents in five of the classrooms are in need of thorough cleaning. The outside of the facility needs thorough cleaning as there is a lot of cobwebs on the wall, especially on the wall of the infant's room. The outside wall of the facility needs a good power washing/ painting. Technical assistance was given to the director and the facility has a due date of 1/20/25 to comply for reinspection. 13.
