The facility did not have documentation to show completion of a Department approved five-hour early literacy and language development course for child care personnel within 12 months of date of employment in child care industry and/or the early literacy course documentation was not uploaded in the Florida Pathways/Registry. CCF Handbook, Section 4.2.2 and 4.5, C Comments: Licensing Specialist observed the facility did not have documentation to show completion of a Department approved five-hour early literacy and language development course for child care personnel within 12 months of date of employment in child care industry and/or the early literacy course documentation was not uploaded in the Florida Pathways/Registry. Director will have the 1 staff complete the required training within the due date given, to come back in compliance for this standard. Child care personnel failed to possess a current attendance record and parent contact information during a fire drill, emergency preparedness drill or an actual emergency. CCF Handbook Section 3.8.4, C and 3.8.5, A Comments: At the yearly observed fire drill, two staff did not have the current attendance record of their class with them.
