3.8.2 (A), Handbook: Unless statutorily exempted, all child care facilities must conform to state standards adopted by the State Fire Marshal, Chapter 69A-36, F.A.C., Uniform Standards for Life Safety and Fire Prevention in Child Care Facilities. A copy of the current and approved annual fire inspection report completed by a certified fire inspector must be on file with the licensing authority. The facility has not been inspected and approved by the local fire department as required. License/Certificates [SR] Comments: Program has a fire inspection report that was not approved by the Fire Marshal. This inspection was conducted on 2/19/25, and per provider's statements most of the repairs belong to the second building on campus. Once provider receives a copy of a passing/cleared fire inspection report, they need to submit it to licensing via email. Compliance Comments Last fire drill was conducted on 2/15/25 (primary).
