A fire hazard, [failed fire protection system verified by AHJ], was observed on the premises of the child care facility. Safety [SR] Comments: Palm Beach County Fire Rescue emailed the Department of Health, Kidstown Learning Center fire inspection report on 2/12/2026. This report was received by the Environmental Specialist II at 11:43AM that day. The status/result of the report was failed with a reinspection date of 2/19/2026. According to the Fire Rescue inspection report, AHJ notification phone lines are down. Additionally, action required per report is that the facility is to conduct an approved fire watch until the fire protection system returned to service and verified by the AHJ. At the time of the inspection, 2:59PM, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue notified the Department of Health with a report that the facility was cleared and taken off the fire watch.
