The facility did not have verification that at least one person on staff had current Food Manager's Certification when food was being prepared or served Comments: During the inspection, observed the food manager certification for staff personnel A.B. had expired 2/18/26. Technical assistance was provided that although the facility does not cater meals/prepare food, that because items like pizza were delivered for the children in care, at least one individual on staff needs a current Food Managers Certification when food is being prepared, or in this case served. Director is promptly working towards obtaining food manager certification in process. 47. (Section 11.1, number 2) Safety [SR] Comments: During the inspection, observed the playground swing set was in disrepair and not in good condition with caution tape around it. Provider stated facility is planning on obtaining estimates/quote to repair the swing set. Technical assistance was provided that all equipment or toys must be maintained in sanitary and repaired conditions, including the swing set. 32.
