The daily attendance log for the [West classroom] group was not completed to give real time information. Comments: During the inspection, observed one child was not signed out on the attendance log who had left the facility/was picked up by parent. Also observed one child who was in a special/therapy was not signed out from the group. Staff promptly corrected and updated the attendance log, resolving the non-compliance at the time of the inspection. Technical assistance was provided that the daily attendance logs must be updated and accurate to give complete real time information. A window/door left open for ventilation was not screened. Comments: At the time of the inspection, observed tearing in the screen to a window of one of the classrooms. Also observed the screens were not fitting firmly in place, as noted by the buckling of the plastic screening frame in the windowpane. Technical assistance was provided that the windows must have proper screening in good repair. The provider repaired the screens during the inspection, resolving the non-compliance. Comments: During the inspection, observed two black purses/personal item in the east classroom on top of the cubbies by the bulletin cork board in the classroom.
