The child safety alarm device on a vehicle regularly used to transport children was not maintained in working condition. Comments: The inspection of the facility was from 08/14 to 08/15 of 2025. However, on 8/14 the child safety alarm did not go off on several occasions during demonstration. On 8/15, after technical repairs/rebooting, the child safety alarm was functional.
