The annual fire inspection was due on August 30, 2025. Technical assistance was provided to facility staff regarding the importance of maintaining current approved fire inspection documentation. The facility shall work with the fire department to obtain approved annual fire inspection documentation to maintain compliance with fire safety requirements.
