Food was observed in a bowl sitting inside of the handwashing sink. The staff removed the bowl from the handwashing sink during this inspection. 7. The handwashing station must include a sink with running water and drainage, soap, trash can, and disposable towels or hand-drying machines that are properly installed and maintained.
