General Requirements [SR] Comments: 1st Ratios 1:5 3 Infants and 2 One Year olds corrected Ratio 2:5 Infants and 2 One Year olds1:10 Two year olds 1:11 Two and Three year olds2:13 VPKDuring the time of the inspection the Licensing Specialist observed 1 staff with 2 one year olds and 3 Infants sleeping in a classroom. This was corrected during the time of the inspection as a staff member came into the classroom from lunch. When the Licensing Specialist left the classroom there were 2 staff with 2 one year olds and 3 Infants. Per the DCF Handbook The staff-to-child ratio, as established in Section 402.305(4), F.S., is based on primaryresponsibility for the direct supervision of children and applies at all times while childrenare in care.2.3.1 Mixed Age GroupsA. CCF Handbook, Section 7.4, C (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Record Keeping [SR] Comments: During the time of the inspection the Licensing Specialist monitored 1 staff file with an expired Abuse and Neglect Reporting Form. This was corrected at the time of the inspection as the Director had the staff member complete a new form.
