Last fire inspection (5-27-26) completed with deficiencies noted 3.8.2 Fire Safety A. Unless statutorily exempted, all child care facilities must conform to state standards adopted by the State Fire Marshal, Chapter 69A-36, F.A.C., Uniform Standards for Life Safety and Fire Prevention in Child Care Facilities. A copy of the current and approved annual fire inspection report completed by a certified fire inspector must be on file with the licensing authority. Per the DCF Handbook An annual physical examination which grants medical approval to drive, and valid certificate(s) of course completion for first aid training and pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) procedures. Compliance Comments During the inspection, the Director advised the Licensing Specialist that there are currently 1 transportation vehicle utilized by the facility when transporting the children that are in care. 2018 Ford Transit Van that was last inspected on 06/4/2025.(08300) This transportation vehicle is insured by Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company with an effective date of 08/25/2024. 07.
