The bath facility was not cleaned and/or sanitized or disinfected after each use. CCF Handbook, Section 3.7, G (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: During the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed that all bathroom throughout the facility utilized for children need to be cleaned to include, sinks, underneath the sinks, toilets and floors. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, per the CCF Handbook: Every facility must have at least one portable or permanent bath facility available for bathing children. Items unrelated to diaper changing were stored in the diaper changing area or placed on the diaper changing table/surface. CCF Handbook, Section 3.10.2, G (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Sanitation and Equipment [SR] Comments: During the time of inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed toys and crayons on the top of the diaper changing area in the two-year- old room. The Licensing Specialist also observed blankets and toys in the cabinet of the diaper changing area in the one-year-old room. During the time of inspection, the Operator resolved this by moving all items away from the diaper changing areas. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, per the CCF Handbook: Items unrelated to diaper changing shall not be stored in the diaper changing area nor shall they be placed on the diaper changing table. Bottles and/or sippy cups brought from home were not labeled with childs first and last name. CCF Handbook, Section 3.9.5, B (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Food and Nutrition [SR] Comments: During the time of the inspection the Licensing Specialist observed 3 baby bottles in the One's classroom not labeled with the child's first and last name. This was corrected at the time of the inspection as the teacher in the classroom labeled all 3 of the child's bottles with first and last name. Per DCF Handbook Bottles and sippy cups brought from home shall be individually labeled with the childs first and last name and shall be returned to the custodial parent or legal guardian daily.
