    An area(s) of the facility was observed to not be in good repair. CCF Handbook, Section 3.1, A Comments: During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist monitored the childrens classrooms and observed that classrooms furniture were dusty, air vents/AC units were dusty, In the Four Years Old classroom #1, it was observed in the bathroom a ceiling tile broken with stain and moldy. In the Two Years Old classroom # 1 the diaper changing table was dirty under the changing pad. In the Two Years Old classroom # 2 and in the Four Years Old classroom #2 toilet seats base were observed to be dirty/stain and trash can dusty. According to the CCF Handbook, Section 3.1 General Health and Safety Requirements A. All child care facilities must be clean, in good repair, free from health and safety hazards and from evidence of, or presence of, vermin infestation. Indoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety and documented on a daily inspection log. Outdoor play areas must be inspected daily for basic health and safety.     The facility did not have documentation to show child care personnel had begun the introductory training within 90 days of employment in the child care industry. CCF Handbook, Section 4.1 Comments: During the of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed that (1) childcare personnel did not begun introductory training within 90 days of hired. Childcare personnel begun training 8 months later, therefore this standard was completed at the time of the inspection. According to the CCF Handbook, Section 4.1 Beginning Training Childcare personnel including volunteers who work 10 hours or more per month must begin training within 90 days of employment in the child care industry and successfully complete Departments training within 12 months from the date training begins. Training taken prior to employment in the child care industry does not constitute begin training. The begin training timeframes begin at the time of employment in the child care industry. Training completion may not exceed 15 months from the date of employment in the childcare industry in any licensed Florida child care facility. This may be accomplished by classroom attendance in a Department-approved training course, acquiring an educational exemption from a Department-approved training course, beginning a Department-approved online child care training course, or by receiving results from a Department-approved competency examination.
