CCF Handbook, Section 3.5, A Comments: During the time of the inspection the Licensing Specialist observed a broken and rusted metal water hose hanger on the wall located on the preschool playground. CCF Handbook, Section 3.10.2, E Comments: During the time of the inspection the Licensing Specialist observed dirt under the green diaper changing table mat in the Two's classroom. This was corrected at the time of the inspection as the teacher in the classroom cleaned and sanitized the table and mat during the time of the inspection. Per the DCF Handbook When children in diapers are in care, there must be a diaper changing area with an impermeable surface that is cleaned and sanitized or disinfected after each use. CCF Handbook, Section 7.4, C Comments: During the time of the inspection the Licensing Specialist monitored 1 staff file with an expired Child Abuse Reporting Form dated 8/16/24. This was corrected at the time of the inspection as the staff completed a new form dated 8/21/25 during the inspection. Per the DCF Handbook CF-FSP Form 5337, Child Abuse & Neglect Reporting Requirements, which is incorporated by reference in 65C-22.001(7)(l), F.A.C., must be signed on or before hire date and annually thereafter by all child care personnel.
