    Children in the outdoor play area were not adequately supervised in that [2 children hid in the treehouse and were left behind on the playground.]. CCF Handbook, Section 2.4.1, A Comments: After reviewing the video footage, it was observed that 2 children were hiding in the treehouse and the teacher responsible for that class took the rest of the children inside the building Another 2 teachers, with their class, went out to the playground. They found the 2 children in the treehouse and took them back to their class. TA was provided: Licensing Specialist discussed requirement with the provider. Provider informed Licensing Specialist that they held an in-person training for all staff reviewing the name to face policy and the headcount through every threshold. CCF Handbook, Section 2.4.1 General Supervision Requirements: A. Childcare personnel must position themselves in the outdoor play area so that all children can be observed and directly supervised. 05. Transportation CCF Handbook, Section 2.5 Not Monitored 06.
