CCF Handbook, Section 2.4 General Requirements [SR] Comments: During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist observed 4 children in a classroom with no teacher were playing in toy buckets and pushing each other around. The Licensing Specialist addressed this with the teacher in charge of the children and she had the children come back to the classroom where they were supposed to be. Later the same children were seen carrying their napping cots from their classroom to another, stacking them, and then playing in the room unsupervised again. This again was address and all children then remained in their classroom with proper supervision. During the time of the inspection, the Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, per the CCF Handbook:2.4.1 General Supervision Requirements A. Child care personnel must position themselves in the outdoor play area so that all children can be observed and directly supervised. B.
