SHOPPING TROLLEY AND LUNCH WARM BOX OCCUPIED SPACE IN THE HALLWAY. THERE WERE ORTOPEDIC DEVICES NEEDED FOR THE CHILDREN AT THE FACILITY IT IS THE CONCERN OF THE INSPECTOR BUILDING EVACUATION IN CASE OF AN WILL BE DIFFICULT. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH SPACE FOR THE ORTOPECIC EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR THE CHILDREN EXIT THE BUILDING DURING AN EMERGENCY. A BOTTLE OF DR PEPPER WAS FOUND IN THE TODDLER ROOM AT CHILDREN REACH.
