The director stated that the facility uses Brightwheel to track attendances and that the teachers have access to Brightwheel on the tablet or on their cell phones. The director stated that at around 9:00 am, staff will use a paper attendance as well. During the inspection, the teachers in the infant classroom and three year old classroom could not log into Brightwheel and the paper attendance was blank. During the inspection, staff signed the children in on the paper application. This is being marked corrected at the time of the inspection. During the inspection, Licensing Specialist provided technical assistance, CCF Handbook, Section 7.5, B Attendance devices used for the purposes of tracking attendance may be used, but personnel must ensure the accuracy of the documented attendance.
