The provider failed to discard expired food items within a timely manner. The provider was able to correct at the time of inspection by discarding item. CCF Handbook, Section 5.1, K (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Record Keeping [SR] Comments: During background screening review it was observed by LS that the provider failed to add 2 new hires [(IZ), (JP] on clearinghouse roster within 5 days of hire. Provider was able to correct at the time of inspection by adding the personnels on Clearinghouse roster on 11.25.2025. Technical assistance was provided per CCF handbook " The employer/owner/operator must add child care personnel to their Employee/Contractor Roster in the Clearinghouse within 10 days of when the individual has received a child care eligible result and has been hired at the facility. Employer/owner/operator must add an end date for individuals on the Employee/Contractor Roster in the Clearinghouse within 10 days of the employment termination."
