    The director responsible for the daily operation of the program did not have an active Director Credential. SACCF Handbook, Section 4.7 Comments: Licensed Specialist was reviewing the personnel files and noticed the owner did not have a director credential. TA was given to provider referencing the SACCF Handbook. requires a child care facility to have a credentialed director. Every applicant for a license to operate a child care facility or a license for a change of ownership of a child care facility must document that the facility director has an active Director Credential prior to issuance of the license.
