(Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) General Requirements [SR] Comments: Ratio required for one year old (1:6), as two one year old were observed in the room the ratio has to be the one-year-old ratio. Licensing Specialist observed a classroom out of ratio with two teachers and 26 children mix age starting at 1 year old. A ratio of (1:6) for one year old is required. Licensing Specialist stay in the classroom until the child care personnel arrived at the facility and take some of the children to the original classrooms to bring the classroom back to ratio. T.A.
