During the facilitys licensure year, fire drills utilizing the approved alarm system were not conducted monthly at various dates and times when children were in care [during the month of April 2025]. SACCF Handbook, Section 3.8.4, A Comments: The provider failed to conduct a fire drill during the month of April 2025. The LS conducts a fire drill with the provider during the renewal inspection.
