SACCF Handbook, Section 5.1, K Comments: It was observed at the time of the inspection that one or more child care personnel were not properly added and/or removed from the Clearinghouse Employee/Contractor Roster in a timely manner. SACCF Handbook, Section 5.1(K). Technical assistance was provided regarding maintaining a current and accurate Employee/Contractor Roster within the Clearinghouse. Providers are required to ensure all child care personnel, substitutes, volunteers, and any individuals requiring background screening are added to the roster upon hire or association with the program and removed immediately upon separation from the facility. Technical Assistance (TA): The provider was advised that all child care personnel must be added to the Employee/Contractor Clearinghouse roster within five (5) days of receiving a child care eligible result and being hired. The provider was further advised to remove individuals from the roster within five (5) days of employment termination and to ensure the roster is kept current at all times.
