CCF Handbook, Section 5.1, K Comments: At the time of inspection, it was observed that the facility failed to maintain a current Employee/Contractor Roster in the Clearinghouse. Specifically, not all child care personnel were properly added and/or updated on the roster as required. Technical Assistance (TA): The facility was advised that all child care personnel, including employees, substitutes, and applicable volunteers, must be accurately added to and maintained in the Clearinghouse roster. Updates, including new hires and terminations, must be completed within the required timeframe to ensure compliance with background screening requirements.
