CCF Handbook Section 4.2.1 Comments: Licensing Specialist reviewing the childcare personnel file notice that all child care personnel do not complete the 40-hour Introductory Child Care Training requirement. Time frame extended to the child care personnel to complete the training due to lack of exams availability. T.A. Child care personnel must successfully complete 40 hours of child care training as evidenced by successful completion of competency examinations offered by the Department or its designated representative with a weighted score of 70 or better.
