The facility owner failed to notify the licensing authority within five working days of when the facility lost the credentialed director or when there was a change of director. CCF Handbook, Section 4.7, D. 1 and 2 Comments: License Specialist observed that the facility owner/representative failed to notify the lisencing authority within Five working days of when the facility lost the credentialed director or when there was a change of director. Technical Assistance was given to the Provider as per the CCF Handbook that ( Child care facility owners must notify the licensing authority within five working days of when the facility loses a credentialed director or when there is a change of director. 1. The licensing authority will then issue a provisional license for a period not to exceed six months for any facility without a credentialed director. 2. The provisional license will have an effective date of the first day the facility was without a credentialed director. Violation was corrected at time of inspection by Registered Representative making all adequate changes. Email letter requesting change of Director, completing a new Revision to current license Application dated today, 1/26/2026 and submitting all supporting documents for new Site Director. Technical Assistance was given to the Provider that (Unless statutorily exempted, all child care facilities must conform to state standards adopted by the State Fire Marshal, Chapter 69A-36, F.A.C., Uniform Standards for Life Safety and Fire Prevention in Child Care Facilities.
