Exp: 10/01/2025 Licensing Specialist observed that the food service log does not include the food temperature taken by the staff when food is been received this morning. Food Service Log has been completed at the time of inspection by the kitchen personnel. T.A. The log must include the delivery date, time of arrival, quantity and types of food, verification by the recipient of adequate temperatures of food, and the name and signature of the recipient. Files reviewed: Letters (A M), and all newly enrolled children since the last inspection. Licensing Specialist observed that the Influenza brochure not on children file sign by the parent/legal guardian during the month of August/ September. T.A. . Annually, during the months of August and September, the child care facility must provide parents/guardians of children enrolled in the facility with information detailing the causes, symptoms, and transmission of the influenza virus. Compliance Comments All (16) child care personnel records in the system were reviewed of which (6) were updated for compliance.
