Annually, during the months of August and September, the child care facility must provide parents/guardians of children enrolled in the facility with information detailing the causes, symptoms, and transmission of the influenza virus. Compliance Comments All (16) child care personnel records in the system were reviewed of which (6) were updated for compliance.
