Files reviewed: Letters (A M), and all newly enrolled children since the last inspection. Licensing Specialist observed that the Influenza brochure not on children file sign by the parent/legal guardian during the month of August/ September. T.A. . Annually, during the months of August and September, the child care facility must provide parents/guardians of children enrolled in the facility with information detailing the causes, symptoms, and transmission of the influenza virus. Compliance Comments All (16) child care personnel records in the system were reviewed of which (6) were updated for compliance.
