The facility did not have a current and approved annual fire safety inspection by the local fire authority. The facility did not have documentation of a fire extinguisher being properly maintained to include being serviced and retagged timely, and/or with a current certificate. At the time of inspection, all 3 fire extinguishers were observed with expired tags (7/2023).
