Each classroom must have an attendance sheet/class roster for the group of children occupying that space. The facility did not have electrical outlet covers or the outlet covers were not in place. CCF Handbook, Section 3.1, I (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Physical Environment [SR] Comments: TA: All accessible electrical outlets must be tamper-resistant electrical outlets that contain internal shutter mechanisms to prevent children from sticking objects into receptacles. In settings that do not have tamper-resistant electrical outlets, outlets shall have safety covers. Licensing specialist observed two non-tamper-resistant electrical outlets without the safety covers in the VPK- C classroom at time of inspection. • Provider has resolved the non-compliance at the time of the inspection, by placing the safety covers over the outlets. • 13.
