CCF Handbook, Section 5.1, K At the time of inspection, it was observed that the provider failed to maintain a current Employee/Contractor Clearinghouse roster, as required by the Child Care Facility Handbook, Section 5.1(K). Technical Assistance (TA): The provider was advised that all child care personnel must be added to the Employee/Contractor Clearinghouse roster within five (5) days of receiving a child care eligible result and being hired. The provider was further advised to remove individuals from the roster within five (5) days of employment termination and to ensure the roster is kept current at all times.
