Mixed Age Groups: In groups of mixed age ranges, where children under one year of age are included, One (1) child care personnel must be responsible for no more than four children of any age group, at all times. Cable when not plugged is long enough to fall in the sink area and is accessible to the children in care, it is currently held with several pieces of tape. The Electrical Outlet itself did not meet GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) code needed in areas of high moisture such as bathroom, kitchens, etc. or areas near a water source.
