CCF Handbook, Section 7.5 (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Record Keeping [SR] Comments: The 2-year-old teacher failed to enter the time the children enter the program on 3/17/26. • TA: Daily attendance of children must be taken and recorded accurately by the child care personnel, documenting the time when each child enters and departs the program. Child Care Facility Handbook Page | 63 A. Attendance devices used for the purposes of tracking attendance may be used, but personnel must ensure the accuracy of the documented attendance. Each classroom must have an attendance sheet/class roster for the group of children occupying that space. Attendance sheet/class roster must accompany the child care personnel and the group of children throughout the day should they leave the classroom.
