CCF Handbook, Section 5.1, K (Section 2.1 Health and Safety, Page 3) Record Keeping [SR] Comments: Employee Roster not updated. 1 staff was not added and 2 were not removed. TA: The employer/owner/operator must add child care personnel to their Employee/Contractor Roster in the Clearinghouse when the individual has received a child care eligible result and has been hired at the facility. Employer/owner/operator must add an end date for individuals on the Employee/Contractor Roster in the Clearinghouse within 10 days of the employment termination. The provider was able to correct the violation at time of inspection by adding the 1 new staff and by removing the other 2 employees.
