CCF Handbook Section 4.2.1 Comments: No on-site inspection was conducted. Re-inspection completed in office via document submission email by provider and received on 03/12/25. The DCF Transcript for child care personnel listed on supplemental sheet was reviewed to determine non-compliance, and a copy of the eligibility provider email in licensing file as supporting documentation. Child care personnel must successfully complete 40 hours of child care training as evidenced by successful completion of competency examinations offered by the Department or its designated representative with a weighted score of 70 or better.
