The attendance roster for the children was not current and did not represent the number of children inside the classroom. Technical assistance was provided that each classroom must have an attendance sheet/class roster for the group of children occupying that space. Attendance sheet/class roster must accompany the child care personnel and the group of children throughout the day should they leave the classroom.
