The measurements were off from the 6 by only .5. TA was given. A recommendation to have someone rake mulch from areas that do not require it, as well as measure the areas periodically. The facility is currently waiting on a shipment of mulch to distribute; at that time the provider is to reach out to the specialist for a reinspection of the areas in question.
