Child care personnel did not comply with the facility's written disciplinary and expulsion policies. The child was distracted and disrupting another child. The child care personnel squeezed the child's thigh to make her stop interrupting. CCF Handbook, Section 3.6.1, G & H Physical Environment [SR] Comments: During the time of this inspection, Licensing observed the linen was stored in a manner that allowed them to come in contact with the floor and other children's linen. According to the DCF handbook Bedding and linens, when not in use, must be stored in a sanitary manner which prevents the spread of germs or lice from other linens. All bedding and linens must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized at least once a week, and before use by another child.
